Yonex Nanoray i-Speed Badminton Racket gives a taste of the power of the Z-Speed, but uses a more forgiving setup to suit more players than just the professionals. Using the same compact frame with snap back zone for high power, this racket can hit hard.
Snap Back Zone - Tried and tested in the Z-Speed, the sides of the head are thinner at 3 and 9 o'clock. Super-HMGraphite in the frame provides the strength to allow the top part of the head to flex then power through and increase repulsion power.
Horizontal-A Concept - A new grommet pattern that anchors 4 of the upper strings to pass them straight through the frame. This allows greater string bed flex to soften the upper of the string bed for an enlarged sweet spot. Reduced off centre shot and greater power from higher on the stringbed.
X-Fullerene Shaft - Used inside the shaft X-Fullerene is a carbon foam filler that helps to provide more strength and stiffness while allowing the shaft to be made thinner.
Nanomesh and Carbon Nanotube is a material placed in the racket shaft and frame that increases the repulsion power by strengthening the frame to give improved rebound. This aids in a sharper more accurate response with high racket head speed.
Isometric Head - Squarer shaped head to enlarge the sweetspot to make more of the stringbed responsive.
Compact Frame - A smaller head size reduces unwanted air resistance to improve stringbed feel.
The racket is supplied with a full length cover.
